Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish newly built 2-bedroom home set on 5 acres in beautiful Bonnie Doon. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom and a futon in the second.
A massive deck and outdoor dining area complete with bar fridge and table tennis table lets you enjoy the beautiful sunny evenings. The large windows at the front of the home lets you sit back in comfort and admire the beautiful scenery.
The property is fully fenced with farm fencing, and your fur-babies are welcome inside; they have their own doggie door for easy coming and going!
Situated a short 10-minute drive to the local pub (which has a fantastic outdoor dining area where fur-babies are welcome) and the lake for all those water adventures, and just a 15 minute drive to Mansfield.
There is a split system for heating and cooling, and a coonara fire for those cold, wintry days and nights.

We stayed 12 nights at Brincole, very much needing a time of rest and de-stressing. Both of us in our mid-70's and engaged full time in people caring work. Brincole was absolutely perfect for this. The location is truly quiet and stunning with mountains, sheep, cattle, birds to be seen. This is truly one of the most beautiful locations at which we have stayed in Victoria. Communication with the hosts was very easy and prompt, helpful and very friendly. Mansfield is an easy 20 minute drive away with absolutely everything one would want - an incredibly beautiful town with many good shops, lovely off-leash park. very good cafes and pubs. A very dog and people friendly place indeed! Our adopted rescue kelpie ( an obedience trained and experienced Therapy Dog) had a magnificent time exploring the acreage around the house.
